While many current positions have the option of working remotely, our offices are available for all employees to work from on a voluntary basis. We have beautiful offices in Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, and Boston, MA to accommodate employees in a hybrid or full-office setting.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

*This role requires candidates to be based in the greater Seattle area and have the ability to work from the office generally two days per week.
C+C is seeking a highly organized, and self-motivated candidate to successfully develop and manage C+C’s event team. The ideal candidate will coordinate small to large-scale events for a variety of clients and understand all levels of event management from planning, coordinating, executing, and reporting. This role requires client-facing communication abilities, along with the skills necessary to lead event strategy, coordinate scheduling, and manage a group of brand ambassadors who support events.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage C+C’s brand ambassador program including scheduling, training, and reporting for a variety of clients.
- Supervise small internal events team staff and interns.
- Plan and manage multiple small, mid, and large-scale events, including tabling sessions and PR initiatives.
- Lead client meetings and communications to discuss event strategy, provide event updates and navigate any necessary pivots.
- Create detailed event timelines, budgets, and reports.
- Manage production of projects and events (e.g., collateral materials, organizing staffing, creating logistics plans, etc.)
- Develop, organize, and coordinate retention strategies for staff continuity of brand ambassadors.
- This role requires occasional supervision of community events on weekends and evenings.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years event planning experience in a marketing and communications role (agency experience preferred)
- Great relationship skills with teammates, clientsand the public
- Ability to solve problems and find creative solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to proactively identify the tactics needed to jumpstart client projects
- Ability and love of multi-tasking; excellent organization skills
- Resourcefulness and a focus on seeing the work through to the end
- A four-year college degree or equivalent experience
- Effective with Microsoft Office– Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- A strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Reliable owned or leased transportation with a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
